Onsite clinicsAurora has the resources necessary to develop a clinic at your worksite. A clinic at your site might include family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and other specialty services to meet the specific needs of your employee population.
Onsite clinics improve productivity by minimizing travel time to physician appointments and for the treatment of illness or work-related injuries. They also provide an important foundation for wellness and prevention initiatives in the workplace. Aurora can work with you to develop a team to work with clinic management and providers to effectively manage the clinic and educate your employee population on the benefits of having it onsite. We'll partner with you to redesign benefit packages, as necessary. Our review of information from your TPA allows for cost-effective decision-making and clinic management. And we'll work with your workers compensation team to allow for a seamless integration with Aurora Occupational Health including return-to-work, light duty, corporate safety and ergonomic programs.
