Attention all adults age 55 and older!

Aurora Freedom 55+ is a free membership program for adults 55 years and older. Members enjoy a variety of special features, discounts and health information to make their lives healthier and save them money.  Aurora Freedom 55+ is not an insurance program and will not affect your current insurance. By enrolling you will qualify for the following services and discounts:

• A free membership card that provides emergency access to your medical history
• 10% discount on Aurora brand over-the-counter pharmacy products
• 24-hour access to free and confidential medical advice, health information and physician selection
• Up to 10% discount on prescriptions from Aurora Pharmacy locations in your community
• 20% discount on home medical equipment and supplies from Visiting Nurse Association of Wisconsin (home medical equipment & supplies not covered by Medicare or commercial insurance)
• Discount on hearing aids & massage therapy
• 20% discount on your purchase of a complete pair of glasses (frames and lenses), or lenses only at Aurora Vision Centers.
• 50% discount on the installation fee for the Lifeline® Emergency Response Service
• Free enrollment ($179 value) at the Aurora Wellness Center in Burlington
• Quarterly health information newsletter with community calendar and special events
• Health education screenings and fairs
• 15% discount on estate planning and other legal services

Be sure to always show your Aurora Freedom 55+ membership card at the time of services. Discounts cannot be used or combined with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or other government benefit programs; nor in combination with other discounts or sales. Financial assistance may be available through Aurora Financial Services.
