The Aurora Sports Medicine Institute's free Injury Evaluation Program features a 1-on-1 assessment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries by either a physical therapist or licensed athletic trainer. Your personalized evaluation will focus on the cause of your pain and may included recommendations regarding:

• Physical therapy
• Injury management
• Injury prevention advice
• Physician referral
